My business trip to Silver Forest Boutique Hotel And Spa in Somerset West was a delightful experience overall. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I can understand why. The senior therapists, Anna and Pheliwe, were truly exceptional. They provided me with valuable advice and skincare tips, and their waxing skills were the best in town. I indulged in a full body couples massage and a Kalahari Honeybush facial in one of their romantic and luxurious couples treatment rooms. It was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the odd parking and access to the rooms.

Our stay at Silver Forest was simply magical. My wife and I had a wonderful time. Penny and Keith were incredibly friendly and always available to help. The spa treatments were superb and we loved our room with its own firewood stove. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Can recommend this hotel.

The decor was absolutely stunning, creating a jaw-dropping ambiance throughout the hotel. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable, providing a super night's sleep. The prompt delivery of an iron and ironing board was mind-blowing. The stack doors were a game-changer during load shedding, keeping the room at the perfect temperature. The Bootleggers coffee was delicious, and the fact that the machine worked during load shedding was a pleasant surprise. The spacious bath and shower were a treat. The breakfast was not only lovely but also presented in a really impressive way. The location of the hotel in a beautiful area added to the overall experience. The staff, including the 'butlers'/wait staff, were incredibly friendly and provided a high standard of service. The presence of the owners ensuring a smooth stay was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this fantastic hotel and can't wait to return.
